These extracts point out the ability of the SRP signals to be down-mixed.

5.0: this is the original multichannel signal delivered by the SRP. It features a singer, playing also the harmonica and a guitarist on the right of the singer.

4.0: the quad down-mix of the above 5.0 recording. The center channel is sent with a gain of -6 dB on the left and right channels.

2.0: the stereo down-mix of the 5.0 recording (which is also the stereo down-mix of the quad down-mix). The surround left and right channels are respectively sent to the front left and right channels.

1.0: the mono downmix of the above.
